Why does restaurant management suck? I would think that they should be the best run businesses because they are a restaurant. Every restaurant I have worked at the managers think they are the best thing that has ever happened in the world. Very arrogant and rude. It makes no sense to me how restaurants stay in business even though they treat their employees like crap. And most of the management don't even have college degrees and I do! Somebody tell me how that works out that way. It's almost funny.

Anyways, moral of my rant: don't ever work at a restaurant.
